Sushi has definitely come to stay; Japanese food has brought an incredible BOOM to society. Besides being a huge fan of nigiris, I have a bucket list of the best Japanese food restaurants (I’ll share them soon) that I never get tired of visiting and of some that I would like to go.
I enjoy accompanying this fresh food with some white wine to reinforce the fresh flavor of the fish. In this case, I chose a Sauvignon Blanc GRGICH HILLS from Napa Valley. It has a great rich taste and at an excellent price!
I used some dishes that I recently bought in @Magnolia from his “Hearth & Hands” collection, a combination of neutral colors with nudes. The other details are little things that I found in my house, which, without a doubt, made the difference!
